A practice well attended to – what does that mean to you? Keeping the mind focused on what the body is doing, or feeling? Does it mean showing up every day? Does it mean nothing?
Take today to work with a few poses and see what “well attended” means to you. If you keep a journal, you may want to write your own observations, after practice, and see what comes to you as being “well attended practice.”
