So – I usually don’t send more than one post a day – but I am celebrating healthy bones through yoga! I found out today that I was able to beat my osteopenia through yoga! Yep – that is the big change that happened, and my bones are now healthy! I started yoga to heal my body after a crushing incident that happened to my foot. Yoga helped me to be able to walk again, and now – it seems this practice has gone even further to protect my bone health! I am not so surprised, but I am sure grateful. 

Sometimes it seems like the little steps we take can’t possibly be making a dent… but there is real proof growing that yoga has significant effects on major life health issues.

I am not even close to being a senior citizen now, and was diagnosed with osteopenia around the age of 30. Now, before I hit 40, my bones are better than I could have imagined. It is anecdotal, but worth a try, don’t you think?
