Sometimes when we follow our normal routine, we are giving more than we know. Consider that sometimes, what you very much need to do can be good for others. Even when you are doing your yoga practice, this can be supportive to others!
This weekend, take the opportunity to look back at the work we have done this week. Consider some way that you can continue to bring your heart and efforts to the service of others as you continue about your usual activities.
