• Classes  – at  Great Lakes Health and Fitness  Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (free with membership)
• One-on-One Personal Consultations (by phone or in person, $50/hour)  full mind/ body/ spirit discussion and plan of action. Ask questions about how to work with situations related to emotional, physical or spiritual aspects of your life. In consultation with your doctor, providing progress notes and exercise prescriptions (if you need this for insurance to cover your costs, or need yoga as a part of physical rehabilitation or psychological care.) ($50/ hour)
