Let’s take care of the feet!
Today is a day to stop by and get a pedicure after work. You can also choose to do some foot massage for yourself. Whatever happens, make a decision to do something for your feet today. Why not?
The feet carry us throughout our day, wherever we want to go, and rarely get enough attention. It may seem strange to care for yourself by caring for your feet, but even just taking one day every week to stop and make sure the feet feel good can make a big difference. This often neglected part of the body can come to experience pain and stiffness as we age. If you are experiencing pain or discomfort in the feet, please consider doing something each day to give the feet attention.

You can use lotion or a scented oil to help massage the feet. Try to think about other ways to create an atmosphere of calm for yourself before you begin to massage your feet. How you prepare can increase the amount of relaxation and calm you experience in doing this practice. Just be sure not to allow what you do to create a distraction. Rather, you should be able to concentrate on the sensations in the feet, and therefore become more aware of what you need.
